DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF MODEL POLICY ON FINGERPRINTING AND REPORTS TO
THE CENTRAL CRIMINAL RECORDS EXCHANGE (§ 19.2-390.03)

The Department of State Police shall develop a model policy on the collection of
fingerprints and reporting of criminal history record information to the Central
Criminal Records Exchange as required by § 19.2-390. The Department shall
disseminate such policy to all law-enforcement agencies within the Commonwealth.
