UNPRESENTED CHECKS DRAWN BY STATE TREASURER; REPLACEMENT AND PAYMENT (§
2.2-1811)

The State Treasurer shall report and remit, pursuant to the provisions of §§
55.1-2517 and 55.1-2524, all checks drawn by him on state depositories that have
not been presented for payment within one year from the date of issuance.
