OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTION TO BOARD (§ 2.2-2237.2)

The Attorney General or his designee assigned as counsel to the Board shall
provide instruction to the Board on its responsibilities and obligations as a
supervisory board within 30 days after the initial appointment of members of the
Board. Thereafter, such counsel shall provide such instruction biennially.
