POLICY REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE (§ 2.2-235)

It is the policy of the Commonwealth to promote environmental justice and ensure
that it is carried out throughout the Commonwealth, with a focus on
environmental justice communities and fenceline communities.
