CODE OF VIRGINIA

STANDARD OF CARE; INVESTMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROGRAM (§ 2.2-2750)

The provisions of § 23.1-706 relating to the standard of care and the
investment and administration of the Plan shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the
Program authorized under this chapter.
