BONDS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS REQUIRED; CONDITION (§ 2.2-2809)

Certain officers designated by the Governor shall be bonded in accordance with
§ 2.2-1840. The bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful discharge of the
duties of his office.
