CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO CERTIFY RECORD OF MARRIAGE (§ 20-24)

If any minister authorized to celebrate rites of marriage under § 20-23, or any
other person so authorized under § 20-25, shall fail to comply with §
32.1-267, the penalty shall be $25.
