RECORDS; REDACTION OF FOSTER PARENT’S ADDRESS UPON WRITTEN REQUEST (§
22.1-288.3)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, upon written request
of a foster parent of an enrolled student, a school board employee shall redact
the address of the foster parent prior to providing to the student’s
parent any record containing such address.
