CODE OF VIRGINIA

LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO REPORT BUSINESS LICENSES ISSUED TO CHILD DAY CENTERS AND
FAMILY DAY HOMES (§ 22.1-289.012)

The commissioner of the revenue or other local business license official shall
report to the Department on a semiannual basis the name, address, and contact
information of any child day center or family day home to which a business
license was issued.
