RETALIATION AGAINST REPORTS OF CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT (§ 22.1-289.045)

No child day program or family day system shall retaliate in any manner against
any person who in good faith reports child abuse or neglect pursuant to Chapter
15 (§ 63.2-1500 et seq.) of Title 63.2.
