ELIGIBILITY FOR EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES PARTICIPATION (§ 22.1-379)

School divisions shall facilitate the opportunity for the participation of
students in extracurricular activities, regardless of application deadlines, to
the extent that such students are otherwise qualified.
