CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR REFUSING OR NEGLECTING TO OBEY ORDER OF CHIEF OR OTHER OFFICER IN
COMMAND (§ 27-15.1:1)

If any person at a fire refuses or neglects to obey any order duly given by the
chief or other officer in command, he shall be fined a civil penalty not to
exceed $100.
