CODE OF VIRGINIA

LARCENY OF OYSTERS AND SHELLS; PENALTY (§ 28.2-560)

Any person other than the holder of an oyster-planting ground or his agents or
employees who goes upon such ground and takes oysters and shells is guilty of
larceny.
