CODE OF VIRGINIA

AUTHORITY OF BOARD; REGULATIONS (§ 29.1-572)

The Board may promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of
this article including, but not limited to, the designation of other
nonindigenous aquatic nuisance species.
