CODE OF VIRGINIA

FAILURE TO PAY ADVERTISED CASH DISCOUNT (§ 3.2-5632)

Where a discount for the cash purchase of retail petroleum products is offered,
willful failure by any person to pay to the customer the full cash discount as
offered shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
