CODE OF VIRGINIA

REVOCATION OF A CERTIFICATE (§ 32.1-102.6:1)

The Commissioner shall revoke a certificate of public need for:

1. Failure to comply with the requirements of subsection A of § 32.1-102.4
regarding schedules for completion of a project or maximum capital expenditures
for a project; or

2. Willfully or recklessly misrepresented intentions or facts in obtaining a
certificate.
