(EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026) COMPLIANCE WITH UNIFORM STATEWIDE BUILDING CODE (§
32.1-162.15:1.7)

Buildings licensed as Centers shall be classified by and meet the specifications
for the proper Use Group as required by the Uniform Statewide Building Code (§
36-97 et seq.).
