CONTINUING RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRANSPORTATION BOARD AND THE DEPARTMENT (§
33.2-299.5)

The Transportation Board and the Department shall cooperate and assist the
Authority in the accomplishment of its purposes as set forth in § 33.2-288.
