APPEALS FROM DECISION OF BUILDING OFFICIAL REGARDING STATE-OWNED BUILDINGS (§
36-98.2)

Appeals by the involved state agency from the decision of the Building Official
for state-owned buildings shall be made directly to the State Building Code
Technical Review Board.
