CODE OF VIRGINIA

REGULATION OF HVAC FACILITIES (§ 36-99.6:3)

The Board shall promulgate regulations in accordance with the Administrative
Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) establishing standards for heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) facilities in new, privately owned
residential dwellings.
