CODE OF VIRGINIA

FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE (§ 38.2-1005.1:12)

If a mutual company complies substantially and in good faith with the notice
requirements in this article, its failure to give any member a required notice
shall not impair the validity of any action taken under this article.
