CODE OF VIRGINIA

STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER LAWS (§ 38.2-1334.2:3)

Provisions of this title, insofar as they are not inconsistent with this
article, shall be applicable to any insurer subject to registration under this
article.
