CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPEALS GENERALLY (§ 38.2-222)

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this title, § 12.1-39 shall apply
to the appeal of any final (i) finding, (ii) decision settling the substantive
law, (iii) order, or (iv) judgment of the Commission issued pursuant to this
title.
