RULES, RATES, POLICY FORMS AND ENDORSEMENTS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF
COMMISSION (§ 38.2-2703)

The rules, rates, policy forms, and endorsements of the residual market facility
shall be subject to the Commission’s approval prior to use.
