CODE OF VIRGINIA

 EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS (§ 45.2-1607)

All funds, except civil penalties collected pursuant to § 45.2-1608, collected
by or appropriated to the Department pursuant to the provisions of this chapter
shall be expended only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this
chapter.
