CODE OF VIRGINIA

 OFFSHORE WIND ENERGY RESOURCES; POLICY (§ 45.2-1801)

It is the policy of the Commonwealth to support federal efforts to examine the
feasibility of offshore wind energy being utilized in an environmentally
responsible fashion.
