CODE OF VIRGINIA

EXEMPTION: VICARIOUS LIABILITY (§ 46.2-1410)

A peer-to-peer vehicle sharing platform and a shared vehicle owner shall be
exempt from vicarious liability under any law that imposes liability solely
based on vehicle ownership for any offense that occurs during a vehicle sharing
period.
