LATE MODEL AND FACTORY REPURCHASE FRANCHISES (§ 46.2-1573.1)

Franchised late model or factory repurchase motor vehicle dealers shall have the
same rights and obligations as provided for franchised new motor vehicle dealers
in Article 7 (§ 46.2-1566 et seq.) of this chapter, mutatis mutandis.
