BEHIND-THE-WHEEL EXAMINATIONS (§ 46.2-1701.3:1)

The Commissioner may require driver training schools to notify the Department,
in a manner prescribed by the Commissioner, of a scheduled behind-the-wheel
examination no less than 48 hours prior to administering such examination.
