SPECIALIZED TRAINING REQUIRED (§ 46.2-341.9:01)

The Commissioner shall require that the course of instruction and other relevant
materials related to driver training for commercial driver’s licenses for
Class A, Class B, and Class C commercial motor vehicles include training on the
recognition, prevention, and reporting of human trafficking. The Commissioner
shall identify industry-specific materials for use in the training required by
this section.
