SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES FOR SUPPORTERS OF WOMEN VETERANS (§ 46.2-746.24)

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special
license plates for supporters of women veterans bearing the legend: SUPPORT
WOMEN VETERANS.
