CODE OF VIRGINIA

RACING OR EXHIBITION DRIVING; AIDERS OR ABETTORS; PENALTY. (§ 46.2-866)

Any person, although not engaged in a race or exhibition driving as defined in
§ 46.2-865, who aids or abets any such race or exhibition driving is guilty of
a Class 1 misdemeanor.
