NOTIFICATION TO LICENSEES OF THE BOARD OF MEDICINE ABOUT IMMUNITY FOR HEALTH
CARE SERVICES TO PATIENTS OF FREE CLINICS (§ 54.1-106.1)

The Board of Medicine shall provide to its licensees a full description of the
protection from civil liability established pursuant to § 54.1-106. Such
description shall explain the coverage available under the Division of Risk
Management pursuant to subsection B of § 54.1-106.
