CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2027) CONTINUING EDUCATION (§ 54.1-2622)

The Board shall promulgate regulations requiring continuing education for any
speech-language pathology assistant license renewal or reinstatement. The Board
may grant exceptions or exemptions from these continuing education requirements.
