CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPLICATIONS FOR REGISTRATION REQUIRED (§ 54.1-2818.3)

Any crematory shall apply for and receive a registration from the Board as a
registered crematory. However, this section shall not supersede or restrict the
provisions of § 54.1-2814.1.
