EXCEPTION TO PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT LICENSE REQUIREMENT; PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
STUDENT (§ 54.1-2951.4)

The provisions of § 54.1-2902 shall not be construed as prohibiting a physician
assistant student who is enrolled in a physician assistant education program
accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician
Assistant or its successor agency from engaging in acts that constitute practice
as a physician assistant.
