EVICTION OF TENANT (§ 55.1-1315)

In addition to the remedies provided by §§ 55.1-1228 and 55.1-1311, a landlord
may evict a tenant only for violation of the applicable building and housing
code caused by a lack of reasonable care by the tenant, a member of the
tenant’s household, or a guest or invitee of the tenant.
