SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR NONRESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY (§ 55.1-1412)

No landlord of a premises used for nonresidential purposes shall unreasonably
withhold or delay consent for the tenant to install security systems within such
premises.
