CODE OF VIRGINIA

VARIATION BY AGREEMENT (§ 55.1-1902)

Except as expressly provided in this chapter, provisions of this chapter shall
not be varied by agreement, and rights conferred by this chapter shall not be
waived. A declarant shall not act under power of attorney or use any other
device to evade the limitations or prohibitions of this chapter or of the
condominium instruments.
