CODE OF VIRGINIA

MERGER NOT TO BAR SUBSEQUENT CONDOMINIUM (§ 55.1-2011)

The merger provided for in § 55.1-2010 shall not bar the subsequent
constitution of the property into a condominium whenever so desired, provided
that the requirements of the Virginia Condominium Act (§ 55.1-1900 et seq.) are
met.
