CODE OF VIRGINIA

UNIFORMITY OF APPLICATION AND CONSTRUCTION (§ 55.1-2108)

This chapter shall be applied and construed so as to effectuate its general
purpose to make uniform the law with respect to cooperatives in the
Commonwealth.
