APPLICABILITY OF LOCAL ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS, AND BUILDING CODES (§
55.1-2204)

A zoning, subdivision, or other ordinance or regulation shall not impose any
requirement upon a time-share project that it would not otherwise impose upon a
similar project under a different form of ownership.
