CODE OF VIRGINIA

PROPERTY PRESUMED ABANDONED OR ESCHEATED UNDER LAWS OF ANOTHER STATE (§
55.1-2543)

This chapter shall not apply to any property that has been presumed abandoned or
escheated under the laws of another state prior to January 1, 1961.
