CODE OF VIRGINIA

REQUIRED DISCLOSURES; STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES (§ 55.1-708.1)

An owner of residential real property who has actual knowledge of a privately
owned stormwater management facility located on such property shall disclose to
the purchaser the long-term maintenance and inspection requirements for the
facility. Such disclosure shall be provided to the purchaser in accordance with
this chapter and on a form provided by the Real Estate Board on its website.
