CODE OF VIRGINIA

CERTIFICATE AS EVIDENCE OF RIGHT TO USE MARKS (§ 59.1-105)

Any certificate of such mark of designation shall be prima facie evidence of the
right of the person filing the same to use the mark or marks mentioned therein.
