CODE OF VIRGINIA

EXEMPTION OF AUTHORITY FROM CERTAIN TECHNOLOGY PROCEDURES (§ 62.1-147.1:1)

The provisions regulating the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (§
2.2-2005 et seq.) shall not apply to the Authority in the exercise of any power
conferred under this chapter.
