CODE OF VIRGINIA

PHYSICIAN-PATIENT AND SPOUSAL PRIVILEGES INAPPLICABLE (§ 63.2-1519)

In any legal proceeding resulting from the filing of any report or complaint
pursuant to this chapter, the physician-patient and spousal privileges shall not
apply.
