INSPECTIONS OF CHILD WELFARE AGENCIES; PRIORITIZATION (§ 63.2-1706.1)

The Commissioner shall prioritize inspections of child welfare agencies in the
following order: (i) inspections conducted in response to a complaint involving
a child welfare agency and (ii) inspections of child welfare agencies that are
not conducted in response to a complaint.
