CODE OF VIRGINIA

NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN RIGHTS OF FOSTER PARENTS OF PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS (§
63.2-912.1)

At the time that a child is placed in foster care, each local department of
social services shall, if applicable, notify the foster parents of their right
to make a written request as set forth in § 22.1-288.3.
