CODE OF VIRGINIA

LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO RECEIVE STATE FUNDS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT (§ 9.1-166)

The Department of the Treasury shall disburse funds to cities, towns and
counties, to aid in the law-enforcement expenditures of those local governments,
pursuant to the terms of this article.
